1. Introduction
a) Recipients of the Gift Voucher must be informed of these Terms of Use.

2. Accepting the Gift Voucher and Agreeing to the Terms of Use
By purchasing, redeeming, attempting to redeem, or using a Gift Voucher in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
a) Gift Vouchers can be purchased online at our website: www.florencegelato.com.au.
b) The initial value of the Gift Voucher is determined at the time of purchase in local currency, and no additional funds can be added after purchase.
c) Once the payment for the Gift Voucher is processed, it cannot be canceled. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full.

3. Using the Gift Voucher for Purchases
a) The Gift Voucher can be used to buy goods at the Florence Gelato store.
b) The value of your Gift Voucher can only be used up to the amount available. If you wish to make a purchase exceeding the balance on the Gift Voucher, you must pay the difference using another payment method.
c) No change will be provided for any remaining balance on the Gift Voucher after making a purchase.
d) The Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
e) The minimum purchase amount for a Gift Voucher is $20.

4. No Cash Advances
a) The Gift Voucher cannot be used to obtain a cash advance.

5. Expiry and Balance
a) The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiry date and will not be refunded, credited, or transferred to a new Gift Voucher. It is the recipient’s responsibility to redeem the full balance before the expiry date.
b) You can check the expiry date and balance of your Gift Voucher by presenting it at the store counter or by reviewing the most recent transaction receipt (for the balance), or the initial gift voucher (for the expiry date) issued via email by our Gift Voucher provider, Gift-It.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Vouchers
a) Florence Gelato is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers, and has no obligation to replace or refund the value of any such vouchers.
b) You are responsible for all transactions made with your Gift Voucher, even if it is lost or stolen.
Florence Gelato reserves the right to prevent further use or redemption of any Gift Voucher if:
i) You report it as lost, stolen, or damaged; or
ii) Florence Gelato suspects the Gift Voucher is being or will be used in violation of these Terms of Use, or in an unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or unfair manner, or in a way that could harm others.

7. Changes to Terms of Use
a) Florence Gelato may modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
